MAC does not make gluten free makeup, per se, but they do pay enough attention to their products to be able to say which of their products has glutinous ingredients and which don’t. They do acknowledge that even products that don’t contain glutinous ingredients can come in contact with gluten, so gluten free is not guaranteed because of shared equipment. After a lot of testing and experimentation, we have modified some of our core ingredients in order to allow you to order anything from our menu, gluten-free. We are able to do this because now our bechamel does not contain any wheat flour, and our breadcrumbs are made from gluten-free cornflakes, and not actual bread. For gluten-free orders we use Brown Rice elbow macaroni.
Please be advised that this restaurant contains the following gluten containing items and there is always a chance, however remote, of cross-contamination during normal kitchen operations involving shared cooking and preparation areas.

Microwave Oven Remove overwrap. Place tray on a microwave--safe plate. Cook on high for 3 minutes. Stir. Cook on high for 1-2 more minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve.
Conventional Oven Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove overwrap. Place tray on a baking sheet. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve.
